Introduction

With the generous donation from the "GS Charity Foundation", the Endless Care Services, Elderly Services Section of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals provides Bereavement Support Service by accompanying the bereaved persons in implementing funeral plans and providing emotional support. Our aim is to alleviate the emotional and psychological stress that arises from handling funeral matters.

Service Scope

• Operation of a funeral consultation and emotional support hotline
• Providing accompanying services for funeral procedures
• Creation of an funeral support chatbot
• Distribution of self-help resource packs for bereaved persons in the community
• Organizing activities for bereaved families to commemorate their loved ones.
