Introduction
To enhance public understanding of advance care planning and in response to relevant policy developments, this program aims to raise awareness of "advance care plans" and "dying-at-place" through a variety of activities. It encourages the elderly and carers to establish end-of-life care arrangements early and explores the possibility of allowing residents to choose to pass away in RCHEs. Additionally, the project will conduct training for professional and frontline support staff to further enhance their knowledge and skills in helping the elderly establish advance care plans.
