Introduction

With generous support from the “Mr and Mrs Hung Kui Shu Elderly Support Fund,” this project aims to promote life-and-death education, end-of life care, and professional training support, with the goal of extending the “ageing in place” model to all residential care homes for the elderly under TWGHs, while enhancing the understanding and practical capacity of elders, carers, staff, and volunteers in end-of-life care, advance care planning, and life-and-death issues.
