Introduction
Providing meals is vital in elderly care, as they are a primary source of nutrition in care homes and community settings. This project h involves adopting a five-aspect meal model to enhance the dining experience. We focus on creating a pleasant atmosphere, utilizing quality flatware, thoughtful food presentation, fostering communication, and emphasizing autonomy. This not only improves meal satisfaction but also educates staff on individual preferences, promoting respect and dignity when interacting with the elderly.
