				History 
					
				Since October 2002, Tung Wah Group of Hospitals CROSS Centre – Eastern and Wan Chai Office has begun to provide one-spot anti-drug service, i.e. from anti-drug prevention programs to treatment services for psychotropic substance abusers, at Eastern and Wan Chai District with the financial support from Social Welfare Department. 
					 
				Objective
				
					- 
						
To assist the Psychotropic Substance Abusers (PSAs) to quit the drug-taking behavior by counseling service with community medical services.   
					- 
						
To provide emotional support for the family members of PSAs and encourage the family members participating actively into the rehabilitation process of PSAs.   
					- 
						
To assist the at-risk people's to build up self-confident, enhance their Adversity Quotient, lead a healthy life and abstain from drug abuse.   
					- 
						
To hold anti-drug public education programmes and assist youth and the community to prevent the drug problem from spreading.   
					- 
						
To organize training programmes for youth workers, teachers or other related professions to enhance their capacity on early identification and handling of adolescents' drug abuse problems.
