History
Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Stephen Yow Mok Shing Neighbourhood Elderly Centre commenced its service on 31 March 2017, serving the elders and carers living near On Tat Estate and On Tai Estate, Kwun Tong. The Centre is the sixth Neighbourhood Elderly Centre of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals.
Service Objective
- To encourage elders to lead an active life, make good use of their leisure time and develop their full potentials, so as to actualize the spirit of "productive ageing".
- To help elders resolve personal, family and other problem they encountered in daily life.
- To provide community support services for elder carers.

- Environmental-friendliness and green facilities such as aquaponics system, energy exercise bike, green corner, recycle corner
- Free wi-fi with digital and information technology devices
- The leisure activities room is equipped with television and videos, magazines and newspapers, and carer resources corner etc
