Broaden users' social circle and promote social participations through networking visits of volunteer parties.
Special Service Features
- Health Care Service
- Daily health care and regular health checkups are provided. Visiting medical service will also be arranged if necessary.
- Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy & Speech Therapy Services
Paramedical therapy services are offered to improve users' motor functions and slow down their degeneration process. - Palliative Care
Through establishing individual care plan, users are facilitated to understand their health conditions, foster family support and enrich their life experiences. - Follow-ups on Dementia Conditions
Users are assessed for dementia by regular DSQIID screenings, and provided with suitable programmes and necessary referrals. - Working with Family
The D/H works closely with the families through regular programmes and meetings. Participations of 2nd generation caregivers are also encouraged.
