Introduction
Established in July 2010, iBakery is a social enterprise operated by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals and is the first social enterprise in Hong Kong obtaining the accreditation of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System. As a 3-in-1 bakery comprising bakery production, bakery cafe and bakery classes, we are dedicated to training and employing people with disabilities through the production of safe and quality bakery products.
Objective
The letter '"i" represents our mission to promote social inclusion and our belief that "I can do it". At iBakery, our employees earn not only their living, but also dignity and satisfaction.
