Professional Training and Development Institute

History

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals established the Professional Training and Development Institute in 2023 to address the growing demand for talent in the social service sector. The institute aims to enhance service quality and provide more training and development opportunities for social welfare service personnel.

The institute offers diverse training courses, covering various levels and topics to meet the needs of learners. Based on the background and career needs of the learners, the institute designs tailored training programs to ensure the learner can receive the most suitable learning experience. The curriculum includes enhancing professional knowledge and practical skills, enabling learners to tackle various challenges in the social service sector and improve service quality.
