History
CookEasy Comfort Care Food Production and Training Centre (CCCFPTC) was established in 2024, providing employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities, enabling them to realise their capabilities and potentials, become independent and self-reliant. In response to the growing demand of care food, the centre focuses on production, research and development of quality care food, which fulfill the IDDSI standards, meet the needs of frail elderly and people with dysphagia, and are rich in both flavours and nutrients.
Objective

- Provide meals and food packs for residential homes and institutions
- Central kitchen fresh and cooked food processing service
- Produce soft food for people with swallowing difficulties
