- Groups / programmes and other services: some fees may be applicable based on specific nature of programmes / service (please contact centre staff for details)
How to Apply
- Apply in person / by referral via drop-in, phone, fax or email
- Apply directly when receiving outreaching service from centre social worker
How to Terminate
- Upon service user’s request
- Mutual agreement between service user and social worker
