History
In 2013, the TWGHs Child Development Resource Centre was established in the vicinity of TWGHs Kwan Fong Nursery School. It further provides parenting education activities and parenting counseling services to families with infants aged between 0 and 6 within the district, so as to achieve the objectives of early recognition, intervention and quality nurturing.
Objective

To build healthy eating habits of toddlers in the process of weaning and intake of more variety of foods and in developing self-feeding

To empower parents to understand and be responsive to the holistic developmental needs of toddlers in enriched, age-appropriate care and play environment;

To provide early identification and intervention to children at risk of developmental delay, inappropriate parent-child interaction, and parent/ care givers with personal difficulties.
Facilities
Our centre consists of Physical Activity Room, Corner Activity Room and Children's washroom where provides diversified and inspiring activities in fostering children’s holistic development and family growth.
Service Recipients
Infants or toddlers aged 1 to 3 and their care givers.
