Children	Aged 6-14
Youth	Aged 15-24
Adult	Aged 25 or above
Family	Family with aged 6-24 child/youth (6 immediate family members)	$60 for 3 years (from the effectives dates of membership)

Applicant should meet the membership scheme
To fill in the application form, provide centre with the HKID card, and recent address certificate.
Membership fee is non-refundable
Applicant (major) of family membership should be aged 6-24

Service user could withdraw from the membership scheme anytime through verbal or written notification.
Membership fee will not be refunded
The membership will be inactive after expiry date
