We strive to serve the disadvantaged groups and empower the community.

With the professional knowledge, evidence-based practices and integrity of our social workers, we provide quality services to people in need.

With our collaboration and concerted efforts, we unite the strengths and power of individuals, brightening up the Tuen Mun community.

Understanding the individual and environmental limitations, we hope to inspire our children and youth with creative and innovative activities, and optimize their unlimited potentials.

Through the re-allocation of agency resources, our Tuen Mun Integrated Services Centre was successfully established in February 2008.

Our Vision… Create Opportunities, Brighten Up Future

Our Belief

Upholding our professional knowledge with shared mission, we unite to provide creative and inspiring "children- and youth- centred; family oriented; community based" services. We believe that every individual and his/ her family are endowed with their strengths and intrinsic potentials. We work collaboratively with our service users in optimizing their potentials, actualizing their self values, and building a caring and supporting community through consolidating the social capitals and serving the disadvantaged groups.

  • To provide supportive services to families, facilitate the relationship building within families and strengthen family's functioning.
  • To establish a strong and supportive network with other community stakeholders including schools, communities, and corporates, in order to provide a cohesive and nurturing environment for children and youth (especially for the disadvantaged groups).
