The centre commenced operation in 2006 by providing integrated services to the residents of Tin Heng Estate and Grandeur Terrace, Tin Shui Wai. From March 2007, the service centres have been subvented by the Social Welfare Department and renamed Tung Wah Group Hospitals Jockey Club Tin Shui Wai Integrated Services Centre to provide centre-based training and activities, collaborate with local organiszations or schools for specialized service, while adopting youth out-reach social work, etc, in order to provide quality and holistic service to the community.

Mission

Rooted in the community, we serve local families and youth, and encourage their active social participation with our professional knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm.

Objective

  • To provide wide range of services to enhance self-esteem of children and youth as well as their competitiveness towards adverse situations.
  • To organize wide range of activities providing execellent environment for children and youth to develop their social skills
  • To encourage social participation among the youth and their contribution to the community
  • To co-ordinate series of parent-child activities and thus promote interactions among family members as well as family cohesion
  • To achieve a hamonious community via various activities organized
