How to Apply
Referred by the Discharge Planning Team of Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital
How to Terminate
- Both the service operator (ICDS) and service users can terminate the service
- Exit of service has to be made through written notification to the Supervisor of ICDS with the outstanding balance settled
- Subject to change of health condition, service users may be referred to other modes of elderly service as appropriate and be discharged from ICDS upon their admission
